2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal data we process through the ritecrew.net website and the demo-request form. Data processed inside the RiteCrew SaaS product on behalf of customers is governed by a separate agreement between Rite Software OÜ and each customer.

3. What data we collect

Website visitors

• Analytics data via Google Analytics 4: pseudonymous identifiers, page views, device and browser information, approximate location.
• Advertising and conversion-measurement data via the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Your cookie consent choices.

Demo-request form submissions

• Name
• Email
• Company name
• Fleet size

4. Why we process it (legal basis)

• Analytics - your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Advertising and conversion measurement (LinkedIn Insight Tag) - your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Demo requests - pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Strictly necessary cookies (consent storage, basic site function) - our legitimate interest in operating the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Retention

• Demo-request submissions: 12 months from last contact, then deleted.
• Google Analytics 4 data: up to 14 months (per the GA4 default).
• Cookie consent record: 12 months.

6. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with the following processors:

• Google Ireland Ltd. - Google Analytics 4 (analytics). Transfers to the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company - LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising and conversion measurement). Transfers to the United States under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL - hosting, EU region only.

Demo-request submissions are stored on our EU-hosted infrastructure and are not shared with any external CRM, email-marketing, or sales-engagement tool.

7. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (notably to Google and LinkedIn in the United States), the transfer is governed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary measures.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15)
• rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
• request erasure (Art. 17)
• restrict processing (Art. 18)
• data portability (Art. 20)
• object to processing (Art. 21)
• withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) - withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing
• lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies. You manage your preferences through the cookie banner shown on first visit, and you can re-open it at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

10. Children

The RiteCrew website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Please check the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
