It supports MLC 2006 requirements by generating Seafarer Employment Agreements, recording work and rest hours, and maintaining traceable wage records from contract through payslip.
STCW certificate expiry tracking. Certificates of Competency, Certificates of Proficiency, and endorsements are stored with issue and expiry dates. Alerts fire before expiry. Assignments to positions requiring a lapsed certificate are flagged.
Work and rest hours. Rest-hour records are kept per seafarer in the format inspectors expect, supporting the MLC 2006 and STCW rest-hour limits checked during Port State Control inspections.
